Nathan Roll, proprietor, has been riding bikes every day since his 1991 Specialized StumpJumper. He has been working on them since 2001. He loves cyclocross, riding in the West Hills, touring on the coast with Crystal, and recently mountain biking. He also loves music, coffee, and anything made with pineapple. Nathan has been a UBI Certified mechanic since 2005, and has a huge file of bike knowlege stored in his brain. Nathan, born in Oregon, has spent many years in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was a bike mechanic, bike messenger, barista, and a radio d.j.
Brad Parker; service manager, has been taking apart bikes since he was 16. He finally figured out how to put them back together correctly in 2007. He loves country music, bad jokes, and riding bikes. He likes cross, mountain biking, track, and road, but mostly riding with his buddies. He escaped from Utah in 2005. He talks about his cats way too much. Brad was certified as a professional mechanic at UBI in 2009. He has also learned mega bike knowledge from his mentors: Nathan Roll, Mike Muzik, John Albus, and Matt Cittadini.
Matt Cittadini: Mechanic, has been working on bikes since 2005. He has ridden his bike from Canada to Mexico. He was certified at UBI in 2008. He loves the Boston Red Sox, but he really really loves Cyclocross. He knows stats on every domestic pro. He likes pizza, beer and Mountain biking. Matt is originally from New Hampshire and has a sweet "wise guy" accent. He likes old hip hop and when he gets worked up, only playing Neil Young will calm him down.
